Responsive Repairs

Responsive repairs are best reported using our Housing Repair Online form or by contacting our Customer Service Team on 01786 404040.

The team will ask you for details of the repair and in most instances will then offer you an appointment.

Our heating engineers can offer appointments 7 days a week and up to 9 pm at night.

All other appointments can be either in the morning between 8 am - 12 pm or in the afternoon between 12 pm - 4 pm, Monday to Friday. You can change your appointment at any time by contacting us.

Our timescales are governed by the Repairs Policy, these are:
  • Emergency
  • Appointment
  • Non-appointed routine repairs
  • Shared responsibility
  • Complex Repairs
