Updates relating to all emergency closures across Stirling.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Stirling Council will introduce the following restriction as an emergency:
Road to be Closed Extent of Closure:
A907 From its junction with the Ladysneuk Road to its junction with A91 (Manor Powis Roundabout).
Alternative Route: Cars and LGVs - Via A91, Kerse Road, Burghmuir Road, Causewayhead Road and vice versa
HGVs – Via A91, Kerse Road, Burghmuir Road, Causewayhead Road, Cornton Road, Fountain Road, Henderson Street, Airthrey Road and vice versa
These restrictions will apply from 27-3-21 until 16-4-21, this closure is required due to a rockfall at Abbeycraig and will provide time to allow for a TTRO to be processed.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Stirling Council will close the following footway as an emergency:
Footway to be closed
North footway from the west side of Back Walk in an easterly direction for a distance of 30 metres or thereby.
Pedestrians will be able to cross the road via the temporary traffic lights for the duration of the closure.
These restrictions will apply from 23rd March 21 until 12th April 2021. The closure is required due to a dangerous wall.
